About
A listed Romanesque church, it was the abbey church of a Benedictine monastery in medieval times. Built between the 10th and 12th centuries, it is home to some magnificent marble sculptures, including an 11th-century sculpted marble lintel – related to that of St Genis des Fontaines – which marks the 1st example of Romanesque sculpture in Roussillon. Guided tours offered in season by the Maison de l’Art Roman.
