The church of Notre Dame de Velles, built in the 12th century, is in the Romanesque style, similar to other churches in Quercy. It is located in the village of Vers, on the road between Cahors and Saint-Cirq Lapopie. This church was restored in the 19th century after a fire. It is a classified monument among the historical monuments of the Lot.
