A small, typically Romanesque church (12th century), built on a Latin cross plan, topped by an octagonal dome on a drum that rises above the apse. Two apsidioles open onto the transept.
The building was enlarged at the end of the 19th century. Two side chapels were added and opened onto the transept, forming two small collaterals. The original apse was enlarged.
The gallery built in the first Romanesque bay was removed in the second half of the 20th century. The square Rhenish-style bell tower with coloured slates was removed in 1981. All the windows were created or restored in the 19th century.
The church has been listed in the supplementary inventory of historic monuments since 19 September 2003.
