The 12th-century church is located not far from the Régordane road. It is considered part of the Chaise Dieu congregation.
The Notre-Dame de Gattigues church is still used for worship and occasionally for cultural events.
The church of Notre-Dame de Gattigues has an elongated plan with no transept and a semicircular chevet. A bell-wall rises above the nave, and the west facade features an arched portal.
The church belongs to the Chaise Dieu congregation (Casadean church).
In the 90s, a project to renovate the interior of the church revealed colorful naive-style wall paintings.
