In 1560, a lordship of Ressouches is mentioned. Charles of Aragon, lord of Ressouches, had his castle built in the second half of the 16th century, on the foundations of a building built in the 13th century.
The building consists of a three-storey main building. Two corner towers flank the building to the east and west. To the north, a circular tower houses the stone staircase and ends in corbels which, in the past, supported a machicolation for the defence of the entrance door.
