On the 2nd of March of 1858 Bernadette went to the presbytery and introduced herself to Abbot Peyramale, priest of Lourdes, to forward him the Virgin’s words “Que soy era Immaculada Concepciou” (I am the Immaculate Conception). Part of the wall of the ancient garden and the door used by Bernadette to come in have been maintained, a plate remembers the event. Nowadays, this building is devoted to the House of Europe.
