The stair tower has a circular plan and spans three levels, one of which is the attic. The tower serves as a shaft for a spiral staircase with a core. The stairs are uncluttered. The entrance to the ground floor is through a door framed by two jambs formed by four chamfered blocks. It is surmounted by a monolithic moulded lintel with a slightly segmental arch braid. A drip moulding with a torus and braid takes up the curvature of the lintel.
Above, a gable in tiers-point resumes the moulding of the preceding elements. The three upper bays take up the Renaissance canons.
