The Hôtel Les Roches Brunes, in the heart of Collioure, is a hotel with 18 rooms and suites, all overlooking the sea and featuring a balcony or terrace. Overlooking the bay and the vibrant colours of the Côte Vermeille, it offers an authentic Mediterranean setting. Its restaurant, Mamma, which is open to all, showcases Catalan produce: fresh fish from the fish market, local producers and wines from Roussillon. The menu changes with the seasons and the chef’s inspiration, ranging from dishes to share in the dining room or on the terrace to a multi-course surprise menu. Just a stone’s throw from the village and the beaches, the hotel also hosts romantic getaways, weddings, private events and group stays.
