Service area – “L’Orée du Bois”, stopping place for campervans and vans, at Laroque des Albères. It has 16 pitches equipped with 10A electricity points, 10 of which are open in winter and a further 6 in spring-summer. A water filling and emptying point is also available. The site is currently equipped with a full range of toilet facilities for disabled people, with new facilities planned for June 2024. It also offers a number of leisure facilities, including a table tennis table, a petanque pitch and picnic areas. Reserved for vehicles less than 8 metres long, this area offers a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for motorhomes, vans and vehicles with roof tents. Special places for trailers are available, and cycling and hiking enthusiasts can stop off in chalets or dormitories.
