The Wine Spa gîte is located on the first floor of a tastefully renovated village house in the heart of Servian. You enter into a beautiful living room opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, kettle, kitchen utensils, etc.).20 m2 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower). The bedding is of very good quality. A second 11.5 m2 room, with a high-quality sofa bed, can be used as a bedroom or TV room. A large terrace is at your disposal, with a large table for outdoor meals, as well as a relaxation area and a Jacuzzi for enjoying sunny days. The terrace overlooks the street, which is not very busy. A second small terrace at the rear of the apartment is also available for breakfast. The apartment has a washing machine. Street parking is available free of charge. The owners have a “Vignoble et Découverte” wine cellar below the accommodation, and can offer wine tastings: 1-hour tasting with explanations, 4 different wines and small appetizers at €50 for 2 people. Breakfast is an additional €15/person. Frédéric and Sarah will be happy to guide you to other wineries in the area. Sightseeing: Nearby Servian, be sure to visit the cellars with the help of your hosts and sample local delicacies such as Etang de Thau shellfish; stroll through the medieval streets of Pézenas and discover the local crafts. Of course, the beaches of Agde, Marseillan and Vias are only a few kilometers away, where you can try your hand at water sports or polish your tan on the shores of the Mediterranean. You can also enjoy shady walks or bike rides along the Canal du Midi and discover the 9 locks at Fonséranes. Further north, the Parc Naturel Régional du Haut Languedoc offers wonderful walks in a magnificent, peaceful setting.
