Situated on the heights of Banyuls, just a stone’s throw from the Thalasso (Thalacap), the flat sleeps 4 but can accommodate up to 5 people. The main beach is a 10-minute walk away, with a free shuttle bus passing through the residence. Closed parking reserved for residents. Beautiful sea and mountain views. The flat is a 20-minute walk from the SNCF station and 1.1 km from the town centre. The bedroom has a 160×190 bed. A sofa bed in the lounge and a BZ in the loggia. Mattress protectors and undersheets provided. Facilities: 120cm TV, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, linen and cot not provided but available as an option. Minimum stay 3 nights, except July and August, from Saturday to Saturday. No arrivals on Sunday ONLY departures the rest of the year. Bikes and motorbikes can also be parked in a closed garage at the foot of the residence.
