On the outskirts of Le Soler, in a charming housing estate, this beautiful 60s villa welcomes you to the heart of a 1500 m² property planted with trees and flowers, fully fenced, with a fish pond. From June to September, enjoy a shared swimming pool (4 x 7 m, 1.80 m deep), open from 9am to 7pm, and an outdoor inflatable spa for 4 people. Access to the two independent guest rooms is via a shared hall. Each room is equipped with a 160cm bed for your comfort, and has its own private shower room with toilet. Air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, welcome tray. A terrace with garden furniture is at your disposal. Breakfast is served on the terrace or in the owners’ living room, depending on the weather. If you book directly with the owners (€10/hour), you can use the wellness area in the basement (spa, sauna, hammam). There is one parking space per guest room on the property.
