Located at the entrance to Prades, 10 minutes’ walk from the town centre, the property is nestled in a magnificent 8,000 m2 park with century-old trees, at the foot of the Canigou mountain. It comprises a large neo-Basque-style mansion dating from the 1930s and its caretaker’s cottage, where charming holiday gîtes for 2 people (studio), 3 people (upper gîte) or 4 people (lower gîte) have been converted, with private, enclosed parking, a shared garage for two wheels and laundry facilities. A bucolic setting in the grounds with picnic tables, garden furniture / brazier, swimming pool and solarium, deckchairs and parasols, hammocks, boules area, sauna. Linen included. Electric car socket.
