With its 100 m², 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private pool and enclosed garden, this villa is perfect for a relaxing vacation in the southern sunshine. A cosy, fully-equipped interior The villa has three spacious bedrooms, two with 160 cm double beds and one with a mezzanine bed (140 cm down and 90 cm up). There are also two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a bathtub, as well as two WCs, one of which is independent. The living space is warm and well-equipped: reversible air-conditioning on the first floor and upstairs, fireplace, television, cable and satellite Internet access. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, two fridge-freezers, classic and Nespresso coffee machines, toaster and juicer. A private laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is also available. An exterior designed for relaxation The enclosed garden invites you to relax, with a private pool measuring 3 m x 7 m, secured by an electric roller shutter. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, and private parking is available for safe parking. Rates 2025 and booking information Rates range from 650? in low season (January) to 1,950? in high season (July-August). In low and mid-season, short-term rentals are available for three nights or more, at a slightly higher rate than for a full week. Special rates are available for spa guests (except July and August). A deposit is required and returned on the day of departure. A 30% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. Vacation vouchers are accepted, with a surcharge of ? 25 per ? 1,000 for processing costs. Invoices are available on request. Additional options End-of-stay cleaning is available at 120?
