The house is located 1 minute walk from the beach and the town centre. Once parked you can do everything on foot (bakery, restaurant, shops, leisure activities). The house is completely renovated, inside and outside.. It consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. Both have a dressing room. The kitchen, new, is equipped and has a scullery where you can have your food and store your suitcases or other items. In the living room, there is a “Rapido” type sofa bed, i.e. the cushions are fixed… saving space and increasing comfort. You have an internet access by Wifi and the two televisions are connected (Netflix, YouTube…) The patio is shaded, it is equipped with an electric plancha.
