In the Ville Rose, with its modern decor, this garden-facing house with swimming pool and infrared sauna is a haven of peace. Once through the door, another world opens up: that of co-living! Close to the Purpan hospital, Blagnac and the ring road network, everything can be done by bike along the Garonne (v’lib available nearby), by bus direct to the city centre or by tram. The airport is 10 minutes away, as is the city centre by tram and metro. Enclosed garden and private parking space in front of the house (2 spaces).

– Ground floor: entrance hall, fitted kitchen opening onto the living room and lounge opening onto a large covered terrace, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Studio bedroom: 140x190cm double bed, reversible air conditioning, desk, computer, fridge, microwave, kettle, shower, washbasin and WC. This room also has a terrace with direct access to the garden.
– Upstairs, air-conditioned in the hallway: 3 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140x190cm) and a desk, one of which has a sofa bed (140x190cm) and a computer, shower room, separate WC.

Access to the infrared sauna with backlit Himalayan salt brick wall. Private swimming pool (2.8 x 5m), open from May to September, with alarm.
An app is available to adjust the outside lights and the TV (access to Netflix, Canal+, Bein, etc.).
The TV is equipped with a speaker and 2 radios are available.
The rooms on the first floor are kept cool by ceiling fans.
