Between the sea and the mountains, Argelès-sur-Mer is an ideal base for a varied holiday: swimming on the Plages des Pins, hiking in the Parc naturel des Albères, cycling. This bedroom has a foldaway 160cm bed, a kitchenette and a shower room (wc). An entrance hall leads to the first floor, which opens onto a large, bright living room with dining area and sitting room, surrounded by a balcony. The kitchen is separate. Following architectural constraints, the kitchen leads to a bedroom with a foldaway double bed (140cm) and its own private lounge overlooking the garden and swimming pool. One bedroom with a 160cm bed and another with a 180cm bed opening onto the balcony. Shower room and wc. Parking for 3 cars in the garden and in the cul-de-sac in front of the house.
