The bathroom and the toilet are separated. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and overlooks the sea and the swimming pool. A private box in the basement is included with the rental. You will have access to the swimming pool of the residence open from mid-June to mid-September, the sandy and guarded beach of Lazaret is 50 meters away. The neighborhood is alive all year round thanks to its shops, restaurants, casino, an appointment weekly market on Thursday and Monday flea market.You can reach the port and the city center very easily on foot or by bus.
