In the heart of the Tarn countryside, in Saint-Martin-Laguépie, Roumiguières is the perfect place to enjoy a holiday with family or friends in a peaceful rural setting. Take in the panoramic views over the Ségala region while exploring nearby highlights such as Cordes-sur-Ciel, listed among France’s Most Beautiful Villages, Najac with its impressive medieval fortress, and the many bastide towns that shape the character of this area. Nature lovers will also enjoy the Aveyron and Viaur valleys, along with the many walking trails that wind through the surrounding countryside.

The property is entirely independent and is divided into several living areas, allowing everyone to enjoy their stay while maintaining their own space.

The former farmhouse (first floor) accommodates up to 5 guests and features a welcoming living area with a lounge and fireplace for cosy winter evenings, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.
– Bedroom with one 160×200 cm double bed, shower room with double washbasin and separate WC. This bedroom opens onto an enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and an exercise bike.
– Mezzanine bedroom with one 90×190 cm single bed and two 80×200 cm beds that can be joined together.

A second single-storey house, converted from the former outbuildings, sleeps 5 additional guests. It offers a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge opening onto the outdoor pergola.
– Bedroom with one 160×200 cm double bed.
– Bedroom with three modular single beds.
Shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin and WC.

An independent bedroom accessible to guests with reduced mobility is located between the outbuilding and the summer kitchen. It includes:
– One 160×200 cm double bed, a private shower room and WC.

A traditional gypsy caravan completes the accommodation:
– Two 80×200 cm beds that can be joined together to form a double bed. Bathroom facilities are located in the main house.

Outside, you’ll enjoy a private garden, a terrace and a covered summer kitchen with beautiful countryside views, as well as a barbecue and plancha. The private heated swimming pool (10 x 4 m), equipped with massage jets, built-in seating and protected by a pool enclosure, is open from May to September. Guests of all ages can also enjoy the pétanque court, billiard table, trampoline, climbing frame, football goal, table tennis, a hammock beneath the lime trees and children’s play areas. The perfect setting for large family gatherings or holidays with friends in peaceful surroundings.
