Green Snow” accommodation. After four years of work to renovate the imposing building, the Bouillouses refuge has reopened its doors and now offers more comfortable rooms for two, four or six people, with a total capacity of 46 beds. With facilities to match the quality of the site, and following extensive renovation work, the Bouillouses refuge has reappeared, more attractive than ever, at the foot of Pic Péric and Pic Carlit. The listed Lac des Bouillouses site offers exceptional high mountain scenery. It is one of the largest lakes in the French Pyrenees. A magnificent playground for skiers and snowshoers in winter, in summer anglers will be delighted to discover the lake and ponds at an altitude of 2,000 m, while hikers and mountain bikers will appreciate the wide range of possibilities.
