About

The Bouillouses mountain refuge, which has been awarded the “Flocon Vert” label for its commitment to the local area, is situated in Les Angles, in the Pyrenees. After four years of renovation work, this imposing building has reopened its doors, offering comfortable rooms for 2, 4 or 6 people, with a total capacity of 46 beds. Boasting facilities that match the quality of the location, the refuge lies at the foot of Pic Péric and Pic Carlit, overlooking the listed site of Lac des Bouillouses, one of the largest lakes in the French Pyrenees, offering exceptional high-mountain scenery. An ideal playground for skiing and snowshoeing in winter, fishing in summer on the lake and in the high-altitude ponds (2,000 m), as well as hiking and mountain biking — for all nature lovers in the heart of the Pyrenees.
