On a farm (wheat, corn, beans, sunflowers… still grown by the owner’s husband) in Lauragais countryside, in the middle of fields, this old renovated farmhouse (dating from the 19th century and in Josiane’s family for 4 generations) awaits you to discover the riches of Pays de Cocagne.

Between Toulouse (50km) and Carcassonne (53km), near the Canal du Midi, the bastide of Revel (8km) and the lake of Saint-Ferréol (water sports centre 11km away), it’s also a good base for exploring the Tarn (Sorèze Abbey 13km away, Albi 65km away…). Lac de Lenclas 15 minutes away (fishing).

Ground floor: living room (sofa bed for 2 people) with kitchen area opening onto a terrace to the rear, WC with washbasin. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 140cm) (1 double bed 140cm) (2 single beds 120cm), shower room/WC (washing machine/dryer). Electric heating. Green space, courtyard and terrace.
