Annie welcomes you to her house in the heart of the bastides.
The house is a haven of peace, surrounded by fields and vineyards.
You will also have a very large garden at your disposal.
You will have at your disposal the first floor of the house as well as a terrace and access to the garden (with a table and chairs to enjoy your meals outside).
There is a studio on the ground floor for the use of the owner.
The rental part is composed of 3 bedrooms with a double bed each, a shower room (Italian shower), 1 toilet, a kitchen and a dining/living room.
All the rooms are equipped with electric shutters, in the living room a television and an internet access via wifi is also at your disposal.
For fishing enthusiasts, a private lake is accessible on foot 3 minutes from the house!
