Nestled between the Causses and the valley in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of the Causses du Quercy, our property is located between Espagnac and Sainte Eulalie on 7 hectares with a secured swimming pool (dome and fence) in the Célé valley, close to Figeac, the Lot valley and many remarkable sites (St Cirq Lapopie, Rocamadour, Padirac?). In summer, you can rent the whole place as an independent gite (we will be away) for 16 people and the rest of the year, we welcome you in our 4 guest rooms renovated and fitted out to combine charm and comfort in a sustainable spirit. We then propose the table d’hôtes with local and seasonal products (except in summer). The garden includes playgrounds (ping pong, petanque, swings, balls…) and relaxation (mandala, pond).

La propriété se compose de plusieurs bâtiments et inclue: Bât 1 – une grande pièce de vie (cuisine salon salle à manger) avec terrasse attenante équipée d’un barbecue à gaz. Bât 2 – au 1er niveau, 2 grandes chambres doubles de 35m² avec salle d’eau privative et entrée indépendante extérieure. Au niveau supérieur : 2 chambres avec chacune 2 lits simples modulables en king size (180*200) + 1 banquette modulable 2 lits simples – chacune a une salle d’eau privative et sa propre entrée. En gestion autonome (gite) l’été et sur demande, nous louons l’ensemble de la propriété pour 16 personnes avec en plus: – 2 chambres partageant un accès et une salle de bain : la 1ère a un lit double et la 2e deux lits simples – un lave-linge 12kg à disposition – douche et WC proche piscine – 2 lits bébés et chaises hautes disponibles Contactez-nous pour avoir un plan détaillée et plus d’informations!
