The “Carpediem” cottage invites you to come and discover the Quercy Blanc, the Gorges de l’Aveyron and its many activities. The cottage has 9 large rooms which we welcome 15 people: family meetings, friends for birthdays etc …

1 hour from Toulouse, 20 minutes from Montauban, for a WE or a vacation, to find you with family or friends, for your family festivals, a birthday, or between hikers.
With its 3000m² garden, the 245m² house and its 9 large bedrooms, we invite you to come and spend a weekend or a countryside in the countryside and find yourself from 8 to 15 people maximum. The cottage is located 1km from the village.
Bioule is a small village (just under 800 inhabitants) located on the banks of Aveyron (recommended for fishing!). His castle built by the Cardaillac now serves as a school, he visits all summer and on request out of season. You will find a grocery store, a restaurant coffee (next to the church … classic!), A bakery, as well as a gourmet restaurant.
In Nègrepelisse at 2kms you have many shops: 3 supermarkets, tobacco, pharmacy…., But also a medical office. A farmer’s market is held on Tuesday morning.
The cottage is built in the ground which guarantees its freshness in summer. It has been completely renovated, well isolated, equipped with all the comfort with central heating and a large, very friendly fireplace.
In the garden we have installed a large portico, a slide for your children, young and old will be able to play pétanque, ping-pong, trampoline etc …
From the beautiful days of the tables and armchairs allow you to eat under the trees and enjoy the long evenings on lounge chairs.
We provide you with a charcoal barbecue as well as a gas plancha.

Description of the gîte:

– We offer: WiFi, baby equipment (umbrella beds, cane stroller, high chair, bathtub, deckchair, etc.). For children: board games, books of all kinds and many outdoor games.
– The dining room: a table with its four extensions allows you to install 15 covers.
– The living room where you can come together to play with your children or have an aperitif.
– 3 television stations: 1 in the dining room, 1 in the children’s room “Camille & Cocotte” and 1 in the “Birds” room.
-1 very well equipped kitchen: 2 fridges, freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave as well as everything you need to cook, including various household appliances.
– 9 large bedrooms, 2 of which are contiguous.
On the ground floor, you have tiles, on the 1st floor of the carpet and in each room a carpet.

– 3 water rooms including one on the 1st floor.
– 2 toilets including one on the 1st floor.
– 1 washing machine.

– In Bioule: fishing in Aveyron, visit to the castle, tennis court
– Hiking: many mountain bike circuits & walking (guides on site)
– Montricoux and Saint Antonin, swimming, canoe kayak and climbing
– Pool: Nègrepelisse, Caussade, nautical stadium in Montauban
– Large nautical base: at Monclar de Quercy, Mirabel, Ardus, Parisot
– Farm markets where you will find the products of the region: vegetables and seasonal fruits in Negrepelisse, Caussade, Montauban, Saint Antonin.
– In the Aveyron gorges visits to medieval stone villages: Bruniquel, St Antonin, strings on Ciel, Puycelsi ……
Moissac: the abbey and its cloister.
Cahors: The Valentré bridge, the vineyards.
Albi: classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site: the Cathedral Sainte Cécile, the Toulouse Lautrec museum, its old town.
Montauban (pink city): the national place, the old college, the theater, the Ingres Bourdelle museum and that of natural history etc …
Visit and tasting in wine cellars to discover regional wines: Gaillac: Cave de Rabastens, Cahors, Albias, Fronton ……
