Our cosy 50 m2 villa welcomes you to d’Ussat, in the heart of the Three Valleys.

Cosy 50m2 villa with refined, industrial and Scandinavian decor.
The kitchen opens onto the living room, which has a sofa bed, 2 folding beds and 2 bedrooms with brand-new, super-comfortable “Hypnia” mattresses and bed linen.
Outside, there’s a covered terrace where you can spend some pleasant moments. A huge games area, barbecue…

Secure inner courtyard, electric gate and video surveillance.
Housing with central air conditioning and fiber internet. We live opposite.

All the accommodation is yours, the courtyard and garden are shared.
Other remarks
The exterior of the Logements is under video surveillance and fenced, with a remote-controlled gate.
Key box on site for your independent arrival if we are on vacation or at work.
The exteriors are huge. For children.
Meter for electric car paying 20ct per kw. Please bring your own plug.
We have 2 paddles for rent and vttae with possibility of guides.
