The bathroom is also PMR-adapted, with walk-in shower, granite basin and countertop, WC, towel dryer (shower chair available) A secure parking area with electric gate ensures your peace of mind. The 300 m2 private garden is ideal for relaxing in complete privacy. A 13m2 covered terrace is furnished with table and chairs, a barbecue, a hammock and garden furniture.
