This place is so quiet, and so comfortable that we would like to stay there, enjoy the swimming pool with retractable, completely secure blanket, of the two large well -oriented terraces and especially the fenced park.

The accommodation is on two levels. On the 1st floor, there is a living room with sitting area (BZ, sofa, two armchairs, TV, board games), dining area and fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer). A corridor leads to 2 bedrooms each with 1 x 160cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 1 shower room, 1 WC, 1 laundry area (washing machine and tumble dryer). Two single-storey terraces, one overlooking the pool and the other the kitchen, ideal for breakfast and lunch. Garden furniture for each terrace and plancha. On the ground floor, via an internal staircase, 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, 1 shower and 1 washbasin. Additional WC in the hallway. Wifi in the gîte. Bathroom linen, bed linen and household linen included in the price. Winter heating included. Enclosed grounds. Enclosed private car park. Air-conditioned accommodation.
