The 110 m2 villa comprises 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, a veranda and 2 bathrooms. The 900 m2 garden, planted with flowers and trees, will seduce you with its spaciousness, its shaded lounges and its swimming pool. It can accommodate up to 6 people with 2 beds 90×200 (or 1 180×200) in each of the 3 bedrooms, air-conditioned like the rest of the house. The 2 shower rooms with toilets are practical and spacious, one with a bathtub. With wifi and air-conditioning throughout the house, the living room is equipped with a TV and a fireplace giving access to the veranda lounge. You can prepare, cook and have breakfast in the kitchen and laundry room, which are equipped with everything you need: hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, etc. Also in the garden: the heated swimming pool (chlorine-free! salt water) measuring 4m x 8m and 1.3m deep, with sun loungers.
