Two group gîtes for your group breaks with swimming pool, 12km east of Toulouse

Farm of over 200 hectares: cereal crops (rapeseed, faba beans, sunflower, soya and alfalfa), and natural meadows with horse rearing and woodland.

Everything here is geared towards nature and eco-responsibility. The estate, which offers plenty of opportunities for walks away from the roads and hustle and bustle of the city, is just 7km from Toulouse’s ring road (exit 17) and 12km from Place du Capitole, the historic centre of the pink city. You’ll also be 1km from the centre of Drémil-Lafage (town hall, post office, shops, etc.) and the Flourens Super U, 2km from Estolosa golf course and 15km from the Calicéo fitness and wellness centre.

Les Loriots gîte:
– On the ground floor: a fitted kitchen opening onto the entrance hall, a utility room (washing machine) with WC, and a large living room (wood-burning stove).
– Upstairs are 2 bedrooms (2 single beds 90*200cm, which can be twinned to form 1 double bed 180*200cm)(1 double bed 160*200cm) and a shower room/WC.

The “La Muguette” gîte:
– On the ground floor: an entrance hall (90cm extra bed), a WC, a large living room consisting of a built-in kitchen, separated from a sitting area by a large natural wood bar and a dining area.
– Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms (3 single beds 90*200cm)(1 double bed 140*200cm) and a shower room/WC.

You can park your car next to the entrance to the gîte. Each gîte has a terrace with garden furniture. Access to a covered swimming pool (80m from the gîte – behind the other gîte and a farm machinery parking area – 12*6m – open July and August) to be shared with the owners.

WITHOUT A CAR: you can get to the gîte from Toulouse, from Balma-Gramont metro station (line A) served by bus lines 102, 103 and 106 (journey time 25 mins).
