Just 5 minutes from Luchon, this gîte has a beautiful view of the mountains and large grounds suitable for children and pets. The deer love it here too, as they can be spotted walking around at dusk, adding a special charm and magic to the place. A former farmhouse adjoins but is completely independent from this large, well-equipped gîte, with several tables and equipment available to make the most of the large outdoor spaces. This large gîte is made up of 2 gîtes grouped together: the 1st on the ground floor and the 2nd on the first floor accessible by an outside staircase. Fenced courtyard and shared green space (swings, football cages, balls, badminton net, petanque), parking spaces. After skiing or hiking, a jacuzzi awaits you.

Pellet stove. Spain 15 minutes away. Pets not allowed in bedrooms.

LES NARCISSES gîte on the 1st floor, accessible via an outside staircase: kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140cm + 1 single bed 90cm) (1 double bed 140cm + 2 single bunk beds 90cm), shower room, separate WC. Walks around the gîte and mountain trails. Pellet stove. Spain 15 minutes away. Pets not allowed in bedrooms. No smoking.
