Gîte adjoining the owner, without nuisance, in the countryside and on one level by the entrance side of the house, includes 1 corridor which serves the day room: living room (sofa, tv, wifi) and 1 kitchen area (MO, LV, LL). 1 bedroom (1 bed 160), 1 bedroom (1 bed 140), bathroom with WC. VMC. Flower garden (2000m2 1/2 enclosed by the cliff behind the cottage), private terrace (40m2).
