Welcome to the Maison des 3 Chouettes! Perfectly renovated house in the Comminge region, a peaceful holiday by the swimming pool made of immersed solid wood. Enjoy bike rides through the rolling Pyrenees, or a game of ping-pong or pétanque. Carole, the owner, has given this place a new lease of life, offering you a neat, modern decor that respects the heritage left behind (exposed beams and stonework). The house also has an eco-friendly touch, with thermodynamic water heating and natural treatment of waste water using hazelnut shells.

Guest house on 2 levels, 4 bedrooms – 8/9 beds:

– Ground floor: entrance, “Normandie” bedroom, lounge, utility room, separate WC, dining room and fully equipped kitchen.
– On the first floor, on the right of the house, the “3 Chouettes” suite, equipped with air conditioning, with the possibility of a 3rd 90×200 bed (extra charge of €20 per stay); and on the left of the house, the “Aquitaine” and “Pyrénées” bedrooms.
– Each room has 2 single beds 80*200cm, which can be twinned into 1 double bed 160cm Queen-size, a desk, a dressing room, a bathroom with Italian shower, and a private WC.

The Garonne river is 6km away (fishing and cycling), Saint-Martory is 10km away (remarkable market, restaurants and shops), Saint-Gaudens is 15km away (cinema, tourist office, train station…) as is Aurignac (Musée de l’Aurignacien), Salies-du-Salat is 20km away (thermal baths and Casino).

You’re also less than 30 minutes’ drive from :

Montréjeau (swimming lake and golf course), the Cardeilhac Arboretum forest, the Gallo-Roman village of Montmaurin, the Save Gorges (swimming), Aspet (caving) and Saint-Girons (Ariège department). Toulouse and Spain are less than 1 hour away.

The price includes :

– Water, internet, subscriptions, electricity, heating, household linen, towels, pool towels, bed linen and end-of-stay cleaning.

The price does not include :

– The supplement for the 3rd person (aged 12 and over) in the 3 Chouettes suite.
– Dinner on the day of arrival (if requested at least 48 hours in advance).
– Any extras: picnic basket, well-being services (massage sessions on request by a professional, sauna €25/1 person/30 min, €30/2 person/30 min).
