This gîte is housed in a former wine warehouse on a traditionally built farm (pink brick and cobble construction) in the Lauragais countryside, close to the Canal du Midi and within easy reach of Toulouse. The gîte adjoins the owners’ house and another long-term rental property. Garden, dining area under a magnificent plane tree. Boules pitch. Fenced property. Parking area reserved for guests. The gîte is close to the railway (200 m) and a main road (D16). Ground floor: kitchen/dining area, lounge, shower room/WC. First floor: double bedroom (140 cm). Second floor converted attic: mezzanine (access via miller’s ladder) with twin beds (2 x 90 cm). Electric heaters, reversible air-conditioning/heating in rooms, electric grill, TV with digital (TNT) channels, DVD + VHS player, Internet access, microwave, fridge-freezer. Bed linen, household linen and towels provided.
