The Gîte des Trois Marronniers is located in the center of Gaillac. You can access it by car and leave it right in front of the gîte. The shops, restaurants, and entertainment of Place de la Libération and the pedestrianized town center are within walking distance in less than 5 minutes.
Foucaud Park, the city’s green lung, ideal for children with its playgrounds, is just at the end of the street. Just behind it is the Portannelle district with the Saint-Michel Abbey overlooking the Tarn River, and Place du Griffoul—in short, the vibrant heart of Gaillac!

The Gaillac vineyard is renowned for its seven wines. You can discover its history at the Maison des Vins; it’s the oldest vineyard in France! On the surrounding hillsides, winegrowers will welcome you for tasting sessions or lively aperitif concerts. You can even go there by bike… Explore the Pays des Bastides and its hilltop villages overlooking the vineyards; you’ll find a touch of Tuscany. Albi and the Episcopal City, a World Heritage Site, are of course unmissable, as is the medieval town of Cordes-sur-Ciel.

This single-story, easy-to-live-in cottage is well-equipped and air-conditioned. It benefits from an enclosed rear terrace for outdoor dining and breakfasts, with garden furniture and an electric griddle.
The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine.
The living room includes a TV and board games, a sofa, and a dining table.
The two bedrooms are on either side of the living room: the first has a 160x200cm double bed, and the second is for children with two 80x190cm single beds and a travel cot.
Large bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.
The washing machine and freezer are located in the garage, behind the kitchen. Cars are not parked here, but bicycles and scooters are.

Bed linens and towels are provided, and end-of-stay cleaning service is included.
