A separate entrance leads to a large living room (25 m2) with dining table and two “rapido” type sofa beds, a terrace with a magnificent view of the mountains, a bedroom (bed 140X200) with a view of the mountains, a separate fully-equipped kitchen with appliances (washing machine; dishwasher, fridge-freezer, hob, multifunction oven, crockery, pots and pans…) everything you need for year-round living, bathroom with WC. Perfectly insulated with recent joinery to mountain standards, communal central heating for optimum comfort. A large private storeroom for ski equipment or other items.
