Welcome to Le Tilleul de Bargeton.

Our gîte is ideally located just a few minutes’ walk from the historic center of Uzès, a town on a human scale that has been awarded the Ville d’Art et d’Histoire (City of Art and History) label. You’ll be able to take advantage of the activities at the nearby Ombrière cultural and conference center, and stroll through the weekly Wednesday and Saturday markets.
A perfect location for exploring the surrounding area and discovering popular sites such as the Pont du Gard, a true masterpiece of Roman architecture listed by Unesco, 20 minutes away; Lussan, France’s most beautiful village, 20 minutes away; and Nîmes and its historic monuments, 40 minutes away.
A little further afield, discover Avignon, Arles and the coastline with the seaside resort of Le Grau de Roi. You can also take advantage of outdoor activities (canoeing, mountain biking, horse riding, hiking and walking…) to discover the picturesque landscapes and villages of the Gard.

The Gard is a multifaceted region for unforgettable vacations!

You’ll be staying in a totally independent house that can accommodate 2 to 12 people, set in 1300 m2 of landscaped, fenced grounds with its own private, fenced swimming pool.
The house comprises 2 independent apartments:
Les Lauriers roses on the first floor, with a living room, kitchen opening onto a 19 m2 covered terrace, bedroom with 160 cm bed, separate toilet and shower room. Also on the first floor, as you leave the house, you’ll find two independent bedrooms, each with its own shower room and toilet.

Les Oliviers, on the first floor: an interior staircase leads to a bright, fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a spacious living room and a 22 m2 south-facing covered terrace, three bedrooms: one overlooking the terrace with 1 x 160 cm bed, another with 2 x 90 cm beds and one with 1 x 160 cm bed. A shower room, a bathroom with toilet and an independent toilet.

You’ll enjoy a wide range of facilities: reversible air-conditioning in all rooms, garden furniture, deckchairs, Barbecue – Plancha… and all the appliances you need: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, pod coffee maker, kettles, raclette machine…
A private swimming pool (8m x 5m) of gradual depth, open in summer and depending on weather conditions, completes the property.
Gas central heating.
This accommodation offers multiple possibilities:
rent the entire house all year round for a weekend or a week
separate rental of apartments (except July and August)
