Family flat ideally located on the Allées d’Étigny, a stone’s throw from the thermal baths, shops and Superbagnères cable car. Bright and spacious, it sleeps up to 8 people with 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, fully-equipped kitchen, balcony and private parking. Ideal for families, spa-goers or sports enthusiasts. Our accommodation can sleep up to 8 people. It comprises a large, bright living room, a separate, fully-equipped kitchen and three spacious bedrooms, one of which has a private shower room.
The flat is a pleasure to live in, whatever the season, with its balconies offering a view of the allées d’Étigny and their lime trees. Located on the second floor of a beautiful building typical of Bagnères de Luchon, it is accessible by lift.

Living area:
– Entrance hall with storage cupboard and coat rack.
– A comfortable living room with sofa, armchairs, TV and a large convivial table.
– Kitchen with gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and raclette machine.
– Shower room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Sleeping area:
– Bedroom 1: two single beds (90×200), storage space and TV.
– Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×200), private shower room, work area, storage and TV.
– Bedroom 3: four bunk beds (90×190), storage space and TV.

Equipped for your little travellers!
For your children, you’ll find a cot, high chair, junior chair and bath, plus books and a few games to keep them entertained.

You will have access to the entire flat, the cellar and a private parking space, with the exception of a cupboard that we use for our personal belongings.
Other comments
To make your arrival easier, we can provide you with the following items: oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, toilet paper and household products. We would be grateful if you could replace the items you use, so that future guests can also enjoy a pleasant arrival.

Guests are responsible for cleaning the flat at the end of their stay. If you prefer not to do this, the concierge can offer you a cleaning option.

Bed linen and towels are not provided. However, the concierge offers a rental service for these items to ensure that you are comfortable during your stay.
