All the comforts of home in a Pigeonnier. Freshly renovated, this 40m² dovecote comfortably accommodates 2 adults and up to 4 people with children.

As well as being well-equipped, this pigeon loft is ideally located for visiting the Tarn and the surrounding area.
If you feel like it, you can even leave your car behind for a weekend! The train station is just a 600-metre walk from the loft. You can then get to all the shops you need just 1km away. The road in front of the dovecote is not very busy, so you’ll still be in a peaceful setting.

You’re halfway between Toulouse and Albi, with its famous Unesco World Heritage-listed cathedral, and you’re not far from the famous bastides and vineyards either. You’ll be exploring a land of brick, a land of wine and a land of encounters! Le Pigeonnier de Bracou is within easy reach of a whole host of things to see and do.

** LE PIGEONNIER **

Located in the owners’ courtyard, each cottage is independent and not overlooked. The dovecote is accessed from a terrace.

Ground floor: air-conditioned living room with sitting area, TV and board games, dining table. Fully-equipped long kitchen: 4-burner hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, Nespresso® pod coffee maker and French press coffee maker (no dishwasher). All 3 air-conditioning systems are reversible.
Air-conditioned bedroom with 160x200cm double bed.
Small bathroom with large shower, toilet, washbasin and washing machine.

On the first floor, on the air-conditioned landing, there is a 90cm single bed, ideal for a first child or as an extra bed. Just above, on the slightly narrower second floor, a second 90cm bed.

Outside: terrace area in front of the entrance with dining table, barbecue and parasol. Small shady garden around the dovecote from which you can see the owners’ chickens. Parking space just outside the entrance to the pigeonnier.

For your comfort, everything is included: beds made on arrival, towels and household linen included and cleaning at the end of your stay included.
