This magnificent property, full of character, is ideal for getting together with family or friends for a peaceful stay in the countryside, in the commune of Salerm, on the hillsides of Gascony. There is a large private garden to the front of the house and a terrace running the length of the house with a summer kitchen to the rear. A private swimming pool measuring 5m x 11m is reserved for you (with protective cover). From here, you can look out over the surrounding countryside and catch a glimpse of the village bell tower. A carport (3 places) is reserved for you. Pets not allowed. The owner of the property lives in an adjoining house to welcome holidaymakers and look after the property.

From here, you can take advantage of the many possibilities for visits and activities: riding centre 1km away, L’Isle-en-Dodon market (13km) on Thursday mornings, farm producers, hiking trails, Saint-Frajou lake 5km away (fishing and walking), the medieval village of Aurignac and the Aurignacian Museum 14km away, and much more besides!
