In Villefranche-d’Albigeois, in the heart of the Assou Valley, this estate brings together two adjoining gîtes (G1413 and G1414) accommodating up to 23 guests. The property offers authentic charm, highlighted by stone and wood features that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Just a short distance from Albi, you can visit Sainte-Cécile Cathedral, the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum and the UNESCO-listed historic centre. Many sites are within easy reach: Ambialet and its viewpoint over the Tarn, Réalmont and its traditional market, Cordes-sur-Ciel and Monestiés, as well as Lautrec and Castelnau-de-Montmiral, two local gems. Hikers will enjoy the panoramas of the Monts d’Alban. At the foot of the estate, a stream with a small waterfall adds freshness; fishing is permitted in season (1st category, licence required). Local farmers’ markets and Tarnais specialities will enrich your stay.

Ideal for welcoming several families: everyone has their own private space for sleeping, while meals, swimming and leisure activities can be enjoyed together.

• Gîte des 8 Meuniers: 40 m² living area with open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, gas hob, filter coffee maker), dining area and lounge with fireplace and TV.
3 bedrooms with double beds (140×190), 2 bedrooms with 1 single bed (90×190).
Each gîte includes several shower rooms and toilets, including one accessible to guests with reduced mobility.

Outdoors: two enclosed private gardens, terraces with outdoor furniture, barbecues, a shared swimming pool (4 x 8 m, depth 1.5 m) secured and open from June to late September, and private parking.
