Let yourself be charmed by this captivating, intimate setting. When you visit a mill, you’re probably expecting to find water. Of course, the river is nearby; fishing enthusiasts will be delighted! This old 18th-century mill was used to make wheat flour, and the old farm was a mixed crop.

The owners wanted to place nature at the heart of their concerns to offer a place of renewal.

From the mill, you are about a ten-minute drive from the beautiful hilltop town of Cordes-sur-Ciel. The famous Sainte-Cécile Cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, in Albi is 30 minutes away, as are the Aveyron Gorges, also 30 minutes away. Located between the Ségala Tarnais and the Pays des Bastides, you can easily navigate between the Aveyron highlands and the Gaillac region, where winemakers will offer you a tasting of their wine.

A large 250m² mill, completely independent. This site naturally supports beautiful biodiversity with a vegetable garden, a path leading to the orchard and then gently towards the river.

Living room: kitchen opening onto the dining table and a spare lounge facing the working fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen: food processor, Thermomix®, microwave, kettle, bean-to-cup coffee maker, toaster, oven, dishwasher, and more.

5 bedrooms, each with a 160x200cm bed and one with an additional single bed (two bedrooms are on the ground floor and the other three are upstairs).
3 shower rooms/bathrooms and 3 toilets (2 of which are separate), washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs, large living room with video projector for movie nights, foosball, books, darts, and board games.

Outdoors: covered outdoor kitchen with bread/pizza oven, Weber® barbecue opening onto a terrace with a large 8x8m swimming pool and beach area.
You have access to the entire grounds surrounding the mill, and you can easily reach the river just a few meters away for a refreshing swim or fishing.
