A restored 120 m² former mill, the gîte opens onto a private terrace with garden furniture, summer kitchen and barbecue, ideal for enjoying meals al fresco. The vast adjoining park invites you to relax, while the lovely communal swimming pool is a welcome refresher on sunny days. A petanque court is also available for friendly games, and walkers will appreciate the hiking and mountain bike trails that start directly from the estate. The river on the edge of the property, which sometimes dries up in summer, adds to the bucolic charm of the setting.
