On the former farm of Constant, the owner of the property, this accommodation will delight your family holidays, with a multitude of games for children. Mr Saint-Marty’s aim is to share the soul of this house, whose walls can stand thanks to the work of Martine, a former farmer (work carried out in 1920), and then Constant, who bought the land in 1981.
After many years of work, as shown in the photos of the gîte, it was opened in 2008. The renovation was carried out using local materials such as stone, brick and wood.
Just 10km from Saint-Félix-Lauragais (Cocagne festival at Easter) and Villefranche-Lauragais (restaurants, shops, cinema, Canal du Midi…), you can also discover Revel (20km), a bastide with a famous market and Saint-Ferréol lake for a refreshing dip. The Occitan tourist triangle is also within a reach: Toulouse 40km, Carcassonne 65km and Albi 90km.

Unheated covered passageway through the house, which can be used as a covered terrace. On the other side: bedroom: 2 single beds 90x190cm. Storeroom/laundry room.
– First floor from living room: Mezzanine lounge: extra bed 140x190cm. 2 bedrooms: 1 double bed 160cm and 1 desk; 1 single bed 120cm. En-suite bathroom. Separate WC. Unheated games room: 2 table football tables, 2 games tables, 1 piano and children’s games.
