Between the Plaine de la Garonne and the Lomagne hillsides: you will be accommodated in a superb care -restored character gîte.

An ideal place to recharge and relax with its spa and its covered and heated pool. Ground floor: 1 large living room with kitchen area (LV, MO, coffee maker, fridge / freezer …) and lounge area (2 sofas, flat screen TV). 1 bedroom (1 bed 140, flat screen TV) with private shower room (Italian shower…) and 1 private WC. A laundry room (LL, SL). On the floor : 1 living room in mezzanine (1 corner sofa, 1 sofa bed, flat screen TV, DVD player, HI-FI system, mini billiards for children), 1 bedroom (4 beds 90), 1 bedroom (1 bed 140) and 1 shower-room. 1 independent WC. Reversible air conditioning. Small animals accepted on request. Possibility to rent for 10 persons : 25 €/pers. Outside : covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Parking space.

Electricity in supplement (0.20cts the KW): meter reading at the arrival and the departure. Cleaning in option : 100€.
