The cottage is entirely single-storey and certified with the Tourisme & Handicap label. It opens onto a large garden at the foot of, and facing, the Canigou Massif. In season, the owners allow guests access to their private swimming pool. A contemporary villa, completely independent, located close to the owners’ house. Large bright living room opening onto a south-facing terrace with a kitchen area, 2 bedrooms (2 single beds) (1 double bed 160 cm), shower room (WC). Private terrace and garden, children’s swing, fully enclosed property (on-site parking). The property is located 1 km from the town centre of Prades, facing the Canigó massif. Access to the owners’ private swimming pool (from June to September; access times to be arranged with the owners; equipped with a safety fence). Certified Tourisme & Handicap for hearing, mobility and cognitive disabilities. Heating and electricity included up to 8 kW/day.
