17 km from Perpignan, on the outskirts of Thuir (2 km), this large, fully air-conditioned independent villa, close to the orchards, fully equipped and comfortable, will allow you to have a pleasant stay, with friends or family. You will appreciate the heated indoor swimming pool (6 x 3 x 1.40 m deep) and the spa arranged in a large room with relaxation furniture, but also the private heated outdoor swimming pool (13 x 6 x 0.90 to 2.50 m deep, with diving board) accessible from the beginning of June to mid-September. The house is surrounded by a wooded and largely enclosed garden, with an area of 2,000 m², with a terrace partly covered with garden furniture and partly uncovered with lounge garden and deckchairs, overlooking the garden and the swimming pool.
