Living area 58m2. Well insulated (attic and walls). Reversible air-conditioning.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen (appliances), living room (wifi access), shower room, separate WC.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with double bed (140cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), secure staircase.
Weekly rental: prices between 300 and 420 euros depending on the season (water and electricity included up to a maximum of 8 KWH / week).
Monthly rental (renewable) 750 euros, including water and electricity up to a maximum of 32 KWH/month.
In all cases: civil liability certificate, deposit of 250 euros refundable at the end of your stay. Cleaning charge of 50 euros.
