In the heart of the Hautes-Garonne Pyrenees, halfway between the ski resorts of Mourtis and Luchon (16 km), the Domaine des 3 Marmottes will charm you in summer and winter alike! In the village of Cierp-Gaud, this beautiful stone house welcomes you, whether you are a seasoned sports enthusiast, a hiker, a cycle tourist or a holidaymaker in search of peace and well-being. You are just 2 km from the Pyrénées-Hô leisure park and 4 km from Lac de Géry, a leisure centre offering a wide range of activities, including fishing, fish farming, pony rides, paddleboarding, pedalos and pétanque. Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges, one of the most beautiful villages in France, is 17 km away. Spain is 15 km away.

The house is laid out over three floors:
– on the ground floor: the entrance hall leads to the breakfast room, which opens onto the south-facing terrace, and to a lounge with a fireplace and television and a large living room where meals are served at the table d’hôte. An indoor sauna is available for guests’ well-being.
– on the first floor, two double bedrooms: “”Le Burat”” (1 double bed, 160 cm wide, with a bathroom opening onto the bedroom and separate toilet) and “”L’Escalette”” (1 double bed, 160 cm wide, bathroom and separate toilet).
– On the second floor, in the attic, there is a family bedroom: “”L’Aneto”” with an adjoining children’s bedroom (two 90 cm single beds), a master bedroom (one 160 cm double bed and a double washbasin) and a separate shower and toilet.
Please note: arrival is possible from 5pm.

Table d’hôtes: £28 (2 to 12 years old: £12, free for children under 2)
