On this level, there is a master bedroom with a 160cm bed and a shower room with wc. First floor: relaxation and reading area, with study, bedroom (1 x 160cm bed) with mountain views, large shower room with double washbasin, separate wc. On the landing: a utility room (washing machine, tumble dryer, wc). Several parking spaces are available on the property, some of which are enclosed by a large gate.
